Your Looking at Sound artwork should be kept away from direct sunlight and away from damp environments.
While it’s lovely to have your music art in the bathroom, it’s important to know that even a framed and sealed art piece can eventually develop mold in a damp environment.
For canvases and framed posters without plexiglass covering, dust gently with a dry microfiber cloth or any clean soft rag. Do not use a wet cloth, polish or chemical solvents in any circumstance.
For framed posters with a plexiglass covering, use a microfiber cloth to softly wipe it down. You can lightly dampen the cloth with a bit of isopropyl alcohol or an ammonia-free glass cleaner like Windex.

The QR code contains the song you requested the artwork for.
All you have to do is point your phone camera to the QR code - it opens a link and your song will be played.
There is no restriction on the number of times you can play your song.
In case you do not want the QR code in the artwork, simply type in "N" against the QR code option in the personalization box. You'll receive your waveform artwork without the QR code.

Yes, absolutely! I always send over design proof/preview images to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your Looking at Sound wave art before I print and ship your order.
Please consider that requesting a design proof/preview increases processing times and can eventually delay your order if a timely response is not received from your side.

In the personalization box on the product page, please share the youtube link of the song you’d like us to work on. If you have a personal audio recording, please share that in the same personalization box in a dropbox or google drive link.
